Salary & Benefits

• Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
• Overtime paid at 1.25%

Hours & Location

• 42.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
• Location: Mill Lane, Nursling, Southampton SO16 0YE.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle body repairs (Painting) adhering to manufacturer standards and company procedures.
• Maintain productivity levels in line with Thatcham repair times.
• Follow health and safety regulations, wear PPE, and report issues.
• Complete paperwork accurately and on time.
• Conduct oneself professionally, showing courtesy to the public.
• Report safety or maintenance issues immediately.
• Keep work area tidy and equipment compliant and secure.

Qualifications

• Recognized qualifications with a minimum of three years post-apprenticeship experience in vehicle body repair.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Understanding of transport & HSE legislation.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Ability to work under pressure, independently and in a team.
• Organized with excellent time management skills.
• Enthusiastic about self-improvement and learning new skills.
