Financial Control and Profitability: understand the financial mechanics of a successful business, including cost control and interpreting profit and loss statements. Leadership and Development: take the lead in mentoring, training, and developing your own team – with the opportunity to manage and promote others as you grow. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; however, professional experience can be substituted if applicable.
