Enterprise Mobility is a global, insights‑led organization committed to understanding consumers, markets, and brands to help shape smarter business and marketing decisions. Our Global Insights Team plays a critical role in acting as the ‘voice of the market’ across brand, audience, market, and competitive landscapes – turning data into clear, actionable insight that helps drive brand and business growth.

This internship is designed for a university student looking to gain hands‑on, real‑world experience in consumer insights, market research, and data analysis while supporting a small, fast‑paced team managing complex, high-value strategic work. As a Global Insights Intern, you will gain exposure to brand, market, competitive, and audience insights, supporting the creation and delivery of insights that inform marketing and business strategies across our global portfolio.

This role offers the opportunity to build strong analytical, research, and storytelling skills, while working closely with experienced insights professionals. This placement would suit someone curious, analytical, and organised, with a passion for understanding people, markets, and brands through research and data.

You will support ongoing insights programmes and reporting, help ensure data quality and accuracy, and assist with transforming analysis into clear, well‑structured presentations and narratives. The Global Insights Intern will work collaboratively across the team, supporting both regular reporting cadences and ad‑hoc requests. You will be encouraged to ask questions, learn new tools and methodologies, and contribute ideas while developing a practical understanding of how insights are used to influence real business decisions.

  • Support the Global Insights Team in the delivery of brand, market, competitive, and audience insights that inform marketing and business decision‑making.
  • Assist with the preparation, maintenance, and uploading of regular insights reporting, including brand health, market, competitive, and franchise‑level outputs.
  • Perform quality control (QC) checks on data, spreadsheets, and reports to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of insights materials.
  • Conduct desk research and synthesis of secondary data to identify trends across consumers, markets, industries, and competitive landscapes.
  • Support data pulls and basic analysis for ad‑hoc insight requests, ensuring outputs are clearly documented and organised.
  • Assist with the development of insights communications, including PowerPoint reports and newsletters, with a focus on clear structure, formatting, and storytelling.
  • Help translate data and analysis into clear, actionable insights, contributing to the overall narrative and implications for the business.
  • Support the creation and formatting of presentations that communicate findings in a concise and compelling way.
  • Stay informed on relevant client, industry, consumer, and market trends to support ongoing insights work.
  • Provide general administrative and project support to the Global Insights Team, including ad‑hoc tasks and special projects as assigned.

Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and professionalism in a fast‑paced team environment.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self‑driven and motivated with a strong willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver high‑quality output.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask across multiple projects and manage time effectively.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • An aptitude and interest in research, analysis, data, and insights.
  • Comfort working with numbers, spreadsheets, and data‑driven outputs.

Additional Information:

  • Hours: 40 per week.
  • Salary: £20,800 per annum.
  • Duration: The Internship will run from July 2026 for 12 months.
  • Location: Egham, Surrey, TW20 9FB (Plenty of free on-site parking and approx. 10 minutes walk from Egham station).
