We are excited to announce the opportunity to join our Marketing and Communications Team overseeing our Franchise Marketing operations at Enterprise Mobility's European Head Office in Egham, Surrey.
This role offers hands-on experience across a broad range of marketing activities, supporting strategies that drive performance, consistency, and growth across our franchise network. You’ll help bring campaigns to life, analyse results, and enable franchise partners with the tools and assets they need to succeed.
As a Franchise Marketing Intern, you’ll gain exposure to how marketing strategies, tools, and channels come together to support a global brand. You’ll contribute to key projects from day one—spanning campaign execution, reporting, internal communications, and asset management—while building both analytical and creative skills. This internship is ideal for someone keen to understand the full marketing ecosystem, from data analysis and operations to creative development and brand stewardship.
You’ll gain experience across both digital and offline channels in a multi-market environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with complex data and spreadsheets, quickly learning new systems, and turning insights into action. Alongside strong analytical skills, you’ll support internal communications and contribute to creative work such as copywriting and reviewing marketing materials to ensure brand consistency.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines. - Support franchise marketing initiatives by assisting in campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.
- Analyse marketing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimisation.
- Support communications by helping prepare clear, concise updates, presentations, and messaging for cross-functional teams and franchise partners.
- Maintain and regularly update global contact lists to ensure accuracy and accessibility, and support user management across a variety of marketing tools.
- Manage and update the Brand Portal, including content requests and performing ongoing content audits to ensure franchise partners have easy access to current, on-brand assets that drive global consistency and effectiveness.
- Assist in coordinating the briefing and production of marketing and creative materials.
- Support execution of seasonal marketing programs and promotional campaigns.
- Assist with month-end reporting and performance tracking.
- Help manage project timelines and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within scope.
- Quickly learn and utilise internal tools and marketing platforms to support day-to-day operations.
- Provide general support to Marketing Team as needed.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties and special marketing projects as assigned.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. You should be self-driven and motivated, with the ability to work independently and achieve results. You must be able to multitask, juggling several complex projects simultaneously while managing time effectively. A keen interest in the holistic marketing mix and an aptitude for numbers & analytics (Microsoft Excel skills preferred, although not essential) are also important. Being digital & tech savvy, familiar with different social/digital channels, with an aptitude to quickly pick up several new digital programmes is beneficial.
Undertaking a Marketing related degree subject is required.
