The Claims Transfer Representative (CTR) assist with the administration of RCS (Rental Claims Services) UK office. They identify applicable liability coverage on claims and facilitates acceptance of liability exposures for claims on our rental fleet. Claims experience not required, full training will be provided. AdministrativeHandle telephone coverage for Rental Claims Services (RCS) mainlineUpdate system notes and data fieldsMaintain a current workflow (diary)Research and identify payment/refund queriesDistribute incoming digital mail and emailGather supporting documentation to facilitate the establishment of new RCS vendors CommunicationCommunicate effectively with renters, insurance carriers and other parties as necessary.
