As a Management Trainee, you will have the freedom and support to explore your leadership potential - and the opportunity to become a branch manager in one of our retail operations in as little as two years. In fact, most of our senior leaders began their careers in this very role.

  • Customer Service: deliver exceptional experiences by confidently handling reservations, resolving enquiries, and building rapport with a diverse range of customers.

  • Financial Control and Profitability: understand the financial mechanics of a successful business, including cost control and interpreting profit and loss statements.
  • Operations and Logistics: learn how to manage a fleet, plan strategically, and drive performance.
  • Leadership and Development: take the lead in mentoring, training, and developing your own team - with the opportunity to manage and promote others as you grow.

You must have a full manual UK or EU driving licence, but we do make accommodations for applicants who don’t drive due to a disability. No drug or alcohol-related offence on driving record within the last five years is permitted.
