Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opening for a Billing Assistant to join the National Billing Department at our European Head Office in Egham, Surrey.
Overview
This role sits within our Billing Department in the Insurance and Corporate Rental Team. As an assistant you will be responsible for managing the invoicing function for our UK and Ireland operations, responding to customer queries, and delivering accurate and timely billing to our customers. Full training will be provided, and a structured career path is on offer – starting from a Coordinator up to Senior Coordinator with pay rises.
Responsibilities
- Working as part of a team to meet deadlines and targets
- Answering internal and external queries
- Providing excellent customer service
- Auditing and reviewing invoices
- Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of invoices
- Managing the invoicing function for UK and Ireland operations
- Dealing with customer queries and maintaining customer service standards

Location & Salary
Starting Salary: £26,100 per annum
Hours: Monday‑Friday, 40 hours
