What We're Looking For
- Required:
- Strong interest in hardware/electronics
- Confident troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Clear communicator comfortable supporting customers
- Keen to learn complex hardware systems
- Degree in electronics/engineering OR hands‑on practical experience (graduates accepted)
- Desirable:
- CCTV, Cameras, networking or telematics experience
- Fault‑finding across DVR/NVR/MDVR systems
- Experience with 4G/5G routers
- Familiarity with AI edge devices (Jetson, Hailo etc.)
