An established and highly respected British electronics manufacturer is seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to support ongoing product and regulatory compliance across its consumer electronics range. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring products, processes, and company operations comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and industry standards across multiple global markets. Working closely with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and product development teams, you will play a key role in maintaining compliance standards throughout the product lifecycle.

The role will involve overseeing product compliance across a range of international regulations including CE, UKCA, FCC, WEEE, RoHS, REACH, RCM, PSE, and KCL standards. You will also support tariff and preferential origin compliance through analysis of BOM parts and trade agreements, while helping maintain GDPR compliance across the business.

You will coordinate product testing, certification processes, and technical documentation, monitor regulatory developments, and advise stakeholders on emerging compliance requirements. The position will also involve leading internal audits, coordinating with external certification bodies, maintaining compliance policies and procedures.
