A hands-on RF Technician role supporting a broad portfolio of equipment used on aircraft. This is a practical role ideal for someone who enjoys diagnosing problems, working with RF test equipment and helping resolve production and test-stage issues quickly. You will carry out RF testing, fault investigation and root-cause analysis on a variety of antenna products. Working closely with design engineers, you will help keep production moving by identifying issues and supporting fixes in a fast-paced environment.

Essential requirements:

  • Commercial experience in a similar role (RF/Electronics test or production support)
  • RF test equipment (Spectrum Analysers, Signal Generators, VNAs)
  • Hands-on approach to problem-solving
  • Practical understanding of RF and electromagnetic behaviour
  • Prior experience in RF/Electronics test or production support

Desirable:

  • Aerospace or defence hardware experience
  • Understanding of antenna technologies
  • Engaging directly with design engineers
