This company is looking for an experienced and commercially minded leader to take ownership of an end-to-end order management function within a well-established manufacturing organisation.

This is a senior role reporting directly to the Managing Director, offering both strategic influence and hands-on operational responsibility across multiple product lines, including capital equipment, spare parts, tooling and services.

You will have a handful of direct reports, so personable skills will be key. You will lead and develop a capable team spanning order processing and logistics, ensuring performance, accountability and continuous improvement are embedded across all activities.

Acting as the key escalation point, you will bring clarity and control to complex operational challenges while maintaining a strong focus on customer outcomes and service excellence. Your ability to balance strategic oversight with day-to-day operational awareness will be essential.
