Our Claims Services division is looking for new team members to join our rapidly growing team, responsible for supporting our hugely successful UK rental operation.

The role is for Recovery Representatives who will join our Damage Recovery Unit based in Aldershot, a busy team responsible for recovering vehicle damage for the whole of the UK & Ireland. Previous experience within Insurance, Claims / Debt Recovery or Sales is advantageous but not essential as full training is provided.

You will spend your day negotiating with individuals, insurance companies, corporate customers and credit card companies. You’ll need a keen eye for detail to ensure that we keep track of the numerous claims. You will be confident in recovering invoices and liaising with third‑party insurers, solicitors and other parties involved. Everyday you’ll decide which claims must be worked, so you’ll need to demonstrate sound judgement based on your analysis of the situation. You’ll also be comfortable talking to both business and retail customers over the telephone and not afraid to have a difficult conversation. Responsibilities:

  • Review damage claims and assign collection strategies.
  • Negotiate with individuals, insurance companies, corporate customers and credit card companies.
  • Maintain accounts of collections and incoming payments on claim files.
  • Produce professional written communication including writing, editing and proofreading correspondence and brief reports.
  • Interpret loss data in conjunction with debtor feedback to establish settlement needs and parameters.
  • Determine which claims must be worked to obtain payment.
  • Interpret recovery efforts to determine if a claim must be referred to a third‑party vendor for additional collection efforts.
