This role will act as the key point of contact between design, manufacturing and quality, ensuring effective communication, problem resolution and alignment across all areas of the business. You will support both electronic and mechanical challenges while influencing New Product Introduction from concept through to production.
Based in a modern North London facility, the company offers an excellent working environment and strong infrastructure for developing advanced, cross-functional technologies. Due to continued growth and increasing project activity, they are looking to appoint a Production Engineer to join their established engineering team.
This is a varied, hands-on role within the production environment, supporting both mechanical and electronic assemblies while working closely with design, quality and manufacturing. You will play a key part in ensuring products are built to the correct quality standards, problems are diagnosed effectively, and production processes are continuously improved.
A core part of the role is the ability to fault-find down to component level, identifying whether issues are mechanical, electrical or supplier-related, and resolving them efficiently. Alongside this, you will be expected to set up and improve production processes, applying lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste, improve flow, and increase overall efficiency.
