Role Breakdown

We’re looking for a candidate who can take ownership of production planning and scheduling. It’s a mix of coordinating across Production, Purchasing, Engineering and Sales, maintaining accurate ERP data, and ensuring customer orders progress smoothly from order through to dispatch.

You’ll be responsible for managing production schedules in line with capacity and material availability, resolving any issues impacting delivery, and supporting overall improvements in planning accuracy and operational efficiency.

What are we looking for?

  • Essential: Experience using ERP/MRP systems within a manufacturing environment; Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, BOMs and capacity planning; Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and manage priorities; Personality: organised, detail-focused, proactive and strong communicator.
  • Desirable: Epicor Kinetic experience; Experience creating reports, dashboards or KPI tracking; Previous leadership or supervisory responsibilities; Exposure to continuous improvement or lean manufacturing.
