A chance for a recent Graduate or RF Engineer with some commercial experience to join an experienced RF design team working on real communications hardware. This role offers hands‑on exposure to RF circuits operating up to 30–50GHz and the opportunity to learn directly from senior engineers in a practical development environment. The business is refreshing its UK engineering capability and bringing in early‑career talent to support long‑term growth.

You’ll support the design, build and testing of RF circuits, working with lab equipment such as VNAs, spectrum analysers and oscilloscopes. It’s an applied engineering role focused on development, debugging and getting hardware working rather than research-heavy work.

Essential skills:
  • Degree in Electronic Engineering or similar
  • Exposure to RF circuits through academic projects, labs or internships
  • Ability to use basic RF/lab instrumentation
  • Practical, hands-on approach to engineering
Desirable skills:
  • Experience working above 30GHz
  • Satcoms, defence comms or radio systems exposure
  • Placement or industry project work in an RF environment
