Role Overview
Reporting into Head of NPI and working alongside a team of process and equipment engineers and supervisors/Team Leaders
Lead development, optimisation and support of advanced manufacturing processes
Accountable for sustaining current production lines and NPI, driving continuous improvement
What are we looking for?A process engineering background with an understanding of manufacturing development and process optimisation.
Qualifications: a degree in engineering or physics. Good understanding of failure analysis and statistical tools.
Personality: leader who can mentor and influence decision making. Someone who can show initiative and creativity.
Desirable: MEMS fabrications and semiconductor experience. Use of CAD systems and Software (Python/MATLAB).
