Are you a senior level engineer, proficient with electronics and eager to lead a small team? This might be the perfect next step for you. You'll be joining a manufacturer of hi-value electronics equipment, who are seen as one of the market leaders in their field. With decades of experience behind them, the team are looking to embed a new generation of senior engineers who can take products forward and continue the success the business has achieved in recent years.
You will lead a small team, working hands-on with design, test and product specialists to drive forward NPI, providing key technical input on complex issues and responsible for motivating, supporting and improving team members.
