Role Summary
As they accelerate development of their drone platforms, they are expanding their Electronics team by three. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of their airborne systems, remaining hands-on with development while shaping the electronics architecture of a company scaling at pace in a high-growth sector.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in electronics design
  • Proactive, collaborative mindset with strong ownership of projects
  • Resident in the UK for at least 5 years

Desirable Skills (Drone / UAV Focus)

  • Start-up or scale-up experience, particularly in fast-paced R&D environments
  • Experience leading engineering teams or mentoring junior engineers
  • RF design for wireless communication and telemetry systems
  • High-speed digital design (e.g. onboard processing, data handling for sensors/cameras)
  • Low-speed analogue systems (e.g. sensor interfacing, power monitoring)
  • Board bring-up and hardware validation for embedded systems
  • Embedded software skills, C/C++/Rust
  • Power supply design, particularly for battery-powered or energy-efficient UAV platforms

Salary and Benefits
£60,000 (3 years experience) to £140,000 for more experienced engineers, along with relocation support and equity.
