Does a 3 day weekend appeal to you? This is a small, very successful company developing high value, low volume products primarily for research establishments in addition to other markets. The products make heavy use of high tech sensors and cameras so any prior knowledge here will be a huge benefit. They work a 34 hour week over 4 days, mainly office based but with some flexible hours. They provide medical cover for the immediate family in addition to life assurance and a pension scheme. This position will suit a Senior Electronic Design Engineer with a knack for innovation (they have won a number of awards) and over 10 years of experience. You will lead the design and development of cutting-edge electronic hardware and systems, taking them from concept to manufacturing. It’s a varied role with elements of digital design, analogue, FPGA, high voltage power and systems level specification. You will work alongside 2 other electronics engineers, Physicists and Mechanical Engineers.
