Based in Stevenage, you will work closely with the manufacturing operation, supporting new product introduction and helping shape the future of production engineering.
This is a hands-on role where you will take ownership of introducing new products into manufacturing and setting up automated RF production test systems from the ground up.
You will design and develop test equipment, jigs and fixtures, write Lab VIEW software to automate RF test equipment, commission new production test stations, and generate all manufacturing and test documentation required to support production.
You will also drive continuous improvement initiatives, provide technical support throughout the product lifecycle, train production staff, audit manufacturing processes, and ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency are maintained.
