Working with bleeding-edge technology, this role will deliver large-scale NPI projects into lean manufacturing environments.

This company designs and manufactures high-tech products that are used in multiple industries. They have invested millions of pounds to improve their site and develop new projects.

You will manage the entire lifecycle of projects from concept to delivery in a small team where you will have the opportunity to be heard. You will coordinate cross-functional planning and work with introducing new products.

This role falls under the Research and Department, where you will experience the core areas of innovation and creativity.

The ideal candidate should have experience in project management for complex NPI projects in high-tech, lean manufacturing environments. A background in optics, lasers, or physics is a plus but not required.

This is a site-based role with excellent opportunities to develop your Project Management career.

This role is looking for:

  • Degree in a STEM subject or equivalent qualification.
  • Project Management experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • At least 3 years of industry experience.
  • Experience working in NPI.
