Essential requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in embedded software development
  • Strong proficiency in C/C++ (Rust beneficial)
  • Experience developing software for resource-constrained or real-time systems
  • Proactive, collaborative mindset with strong ownership of projects
  • Resident in the UK for at least 5 years
Desirable skills:
  • Experience working in start-ups or scale-ups, particularly fast-paced R&D environments
