This role will drive continuous improvement and sustainable manufacturing practices within a leading organisation specialising in cutting-edge technology. The organisation is based in a state-of-the-art facility where you can witness products go from concept to delivery.

You will be key in driving continuous improvement in a lean manufacturing environment. They manufacture cutting-edge technology that is revolutionising the industry, and this role will significantly impact the business. This role is a 50/50 split between working inside and outside a cleanroom.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support manufacturing operations with engineering expertise
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and implement lean manufacturing techniques
  • Work closely with NPI teams to ensure seamless product introductions
  • Use Six Sigma methodologies and structured problem-solving tools

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in manufacturing engineering
  • Strong knowledge of lean principles and Six Sigma
  • Ability to analyse manufacturing data and optimize production processes
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
