A well-established engineering company working on advanced RF and sensing technology is looking for a Senior RF Engineer to take ownership of key development work.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved across the full lifecycle, from design through to production support. You’ll lead RF and antenna development, help shape technical requirements, and work closely with manufacturing to solve real-world engineering challenges.

They’re looking for someone with a solid background in RF design, including microwave PCB work, system-level thinking, and experience with RF test equipment. Antenna design knowledge is important, along with an understanding of how products move from design into production.

You don’t need to tick every box, but you should be comfortable taking ownership, working across teams, and getting stuck into both technical detail and practical problem-solving.
