Managing a team of 10, the role requires someone that can not only inspire and develop colleagues, but who thrives on improving and introducing processes. You must be able to strategically plan and manage all logistics, shipping, warehouse and materials, working with the team to update systems and manage key metrics within stock accuracy and control.
This is a great opportunity for a manager who has the energy to inspire people and bring their own ideas, where you will be given the freedom to put in processes that are used by the business in years to come. What are we looking for?
Prior experience as a logistics or warehouse manager working within ideally an engineering or manufacturing environment
Technical experience using ERP/SAP systems
Excellent communication skills and a transformational type leader who is comfortable with deadlines and can manage various tasks at once
