Enterprise Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Lead Mechanical Engineer to own the design and development of steerable antenna systems used in satellite ground stations, from small motorised units to large, complex structures. This role combines hands-on engineering with leadership, working closely with engineers to solve problems, review designs and push new products toward manufacture and delivery.
You will lead a growing team, coordinate design activity across R&D, production and project teams.
