Junior Rocket Propulsion Engineer

In this role, you’ll be getting hands-on with solid rocket motor ballistics. One day you might be designing the propellant grain geometry to deliver precise thrust curves, the next you’ll be running advanced simulations to predict motor performance. And when it’s time to put theory into practice, you’ll be involved in hot-fire testing analysing the results, refining designs, and seeing your work come to life.
It’s a highly collaborative environment. You’ll be working closely with specialists in materials, structures, and manufacturing, so communication and teamwork are just as important as your technical know-how. You’ll also be supported by experienced propulsion engineers who’ll help you develop your skills further in ballistics and grain geometry design.
What you’ll need:
