This is a senior leadership opportunity sitting at the heart of a highly advanced manufacturing environment, leading the production of complex electro-mechanical and sensing systems used across defence, security and industrial markets.
You will be joining an established, globally recognised engineering business known for producing cutting-edge, niche technology, with full in-house design, development and manufacturing capability. With strong demand and continued growth, the business is investing in its production function, providing the opportunity to shape operations, systems and long-term manufacturing strategy.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will take ownership of the full production operation, from planning and manufacturing through to supply chain, quality and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for ensuring products are delivered efficiently, to a high standard, and in line with both customer and regulatory requirements.
Alongside day-to-day leadership of production, you will play a key role in scaling manufacturing capability, improving operational performance and supporting the introduction of new products into production.
