You’ll be based in a state-of-the-art facility where all design, build, testing, and validation activities are carried out in-house. The role sits within a small, highly skilled engineering team and is strongly lab-based. You will be involved in the hands-on build and development of laser systems, where work is approached methodically rather than rushed, with an emphasis on quality, learning, and technical understanding.
