We seek a recent graduate to manage a hardware product, offering support to customers and internal teams while staying updated on industry advancements. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hardware, specifically in telematics, networking, video, and CCTV, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Product Management: Understand hardware and software products deeply. Identify new product opportunities and stay current with technology trends.
  • Testing, Evaluation, and Product Management: Test and troubleshoot CCTV systems, DVRs, IP cameras, routers, and VMS software. Support AI development projects using edge computing hardware like NVIDIA Jetson.
  • Technical Support and Communication: Manage helpdesk tickets from start to finish. Provide technical support via phone and email.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Passion for hardware, especially in electronics or tech.
  • Experience with CCTV or networking is beneficial but not essential.
  • Strong ability to engage in technical conversations and work independently.

  • Networking (20%): IP, DNS, FTTP, VPN, 4G/5G, Wi‑Fi, IoT.
