Role overview
Reporting into the fulfillment manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately, from contact to delivery. There will be significant customer interaction and coordination with different teams
Key Activities:
- Contacting customers/answering emails and phone calls
- Sales order processing and data input
- Dispatch scheduling, invoice processing, RMAS’s
This role is suitable for
- 2 years+ experience within warehouse, goods-in or a stores environment – must be physically okay with lifting boxes
- Basic finance and inventory experience
- Personality: able to resolve issues, work collaboratively, and good customer service skills
