Driving transformational change across an expanding hi-tech engineering business, you will get the chance to help shape operational improvements at all levels. You will have the opportunity to look at a variety of improvements across the business, from production to supply chain and anything in between. The great thing about this business is that they have a strong reputation for innovation and are of a size where there is no real red tape. So, if you have good ideas, you can see them happen — and quickly.

Based out of a brand-new, state-of-the-art design and manufacturing facility, you will identify inefficiencies, streamline processes, and implement strategies to maximise operational output. As this is a transformational role, you will need to use lean change management methodologies across the entire engineering and manufacturing function. You will lead a small team whilst working closely on a number of improvement projects with other senior managers across the business.

For this role we are looking for:

  • A degree in an engineering-related field
  • A project management background
  • Experience working with hi-tech engineering products across the full development lifecycle
  • A strong understanding of change management and lean methodologies, ideally Six Sigma
