Electrical Estimator Location: Watford area (office-based) Salary: £40,000 (flexible for the right candidate) About the Role We are seeking an Electrical Estimator to join a well-established high-tech engineering company. This is a key hire within the organisation, where you’ll play a central role in supporting projects ranging from £50k up to several million pounds. Working closely with the sales and design teams, you will receive project specifications and drawings, and use these to prepare accurate quotations via the company’s estimation system. You’ll also liaise with suppliers for pricing information and occasionally attend meetings alongside sales colleagues. Key Responsibilities Review specifications and drawings to produce accurate quotations. Prepare and issue client quotes. Make adjustments to quotes as project requirements evolve. Liaise with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing. Work closely with sales colleagues and, when required, attend client meetings. Contribute to a collaborative, open-plan office culture.
