This key role will lead the Configuration team and play a vital part in shaping capability, developing processes, and ensuring the successful delivery of critical projects in a highly regulated engineering and defence environment. Based in a state-of-the-art facility, you’ll be responsible for managing and developing a small team of engineers, driving best practice, and ensuring high-quality outputs across a range of complex programmes. You’ll also take a hands-on role as the functional lead on some of the most challenging and rewarding projects in the sector. We’re looking for someone who: Has a strong background in configuration management, ideally within defence, aerospace, or maritime. Brings proven experience in leading teams and projects. Understands defence standards and regulations relevant to configuration management. Is degree-qualified in a technical field (or has equivalent experience).
