Although the core of the work is FPGA module development, there are opportunities to work on software or broader electronics if you have a broader skillset, but it’s not a requirement. This role exists due to growth: the FPGA team maintains a shared library of modules that sit at the heart of multiple products, and demand for new and enhanced products continues to increase. You’ll collaborate closely with hardware, software and mechanical engineers as products move from concept to production.

Senior FPGA Engineer essential requirements:- Commercial FPGA experience (at least 5+ years)
- SystemVerilog, Verilog or VHDL
- Skilled in timing constraints
- Industry experience working on real FPGA-based products
- Experience with Microsemi FPGAs
- Python-based verification
- Image processing, sensor or vision systems
- Broader electronics or embedded software experience
