You’ll be joining a team of experienced engineers, working on the full lifecycle of complex products, from early concept through to production.

The role

You will design and develop mechanical assemblies for advanced systems, ensuring they are robust, manufacturable, and ready for real-world deployment, working closely with manufacturing teams, suppliers and multidisciplinary engineers to bring designs to life at pace.

What we’re looking for

  • Required:
  • Strong CAD experience (Siemens NX preferred, others considered)
  • Experience designing complex mechanical systems
  • Ability to produce detailed drawings with GD&T
  • Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (or similar)
  • Desirable:
  • Experience with PDM/PLM systems
  • Experience in fast-paced R&D or start-up environments
  • Understanding of design for manufacture (DFM)
  • Experience taking products from concept through to production

Location: Cambridge

Salary: flexible, dependant on experience
