You’ll be joining a team of experienced engineers, working on the full lifecycle of complex products, from early concept through to production.

The role: You will design and develop mechanical assemblies for advanced systems, ensuring they are robust, manufacturable, and ready for real-world deployment, working closely with manufacturing teams, suppliers and multidisciplinary engineers to bring designs to life at pace.

What we’re looking for:

  • Required:
    • Strong CAD experience (Siemens NX preferred, others considered)
    • Experience designing complex mechanical systems
    • Ability to produce detailed drawings with GD&T
    • Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (or similar)
  • Desirable:
    • Experience with PDM/PLM systems
    • Experience in fast-paced R&D or start-up environments
    • Understanding of design for manufacture (DFM)
    • Experience taking products from concept through to production

Location: Cambridge

Salary: flexible, dependant on experience
