This is an opportunity to join a well-funded, fast-growing technology company developing advanced autonomous flight systems for high-performance platforms. You’ll work on real vehicles and real flight programmes, with direct responsibility for how systems behave in the air. The role suits an engineer who enjoys owning complex systems end to end. You’ll be involved from early architectural decisions through to flight testing, helping translate control and navigation theory into reliable, flight-ready software.

Your work will centre on evolving autopilot architectures, shaping how guidance, navigation, and control come together in real-time environments. You’ll use simulation and flight data to tune performance, support flight campaigns, and feed learning straight back into the system.
