A British owned company with over a century of experience behind them, you’d be joining an established group of engineers, R&D specialists, and HSQE talent at their manufacturing HQ in Cambridge.
The Role:
You’ll oversee Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental compliance across the business, maintaining ISO certifications (9001, 14001, 45001), leading audits, and mentoring a small team of three. This is a practical role where you’ll work closely with all departments, resolve issues, and champion sustainability initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Required:
- Strong Quality and HSE background in a manufacturing environment
- ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 experience
- NEBOSH certification (preferred)
- Supervisory or managerial experience
- Hands-on approach and excellent communication skills with the ability to guide and mentor junior staff
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Experience with ESG or sustainability projects
- Exposure to ISO27001 or ISO13485
