Electronics Team Leader in Cambridge

We are looking for an Electronics Team Leader to join a 75‑person scale‑up. This is a unique opportunity to lead projects and mentor other engineers while continuing to apply your technical skills in cutting‑edge product development.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of talented electronics engineers
• Take ownership of electronic design from concept through to production
• Work on diverse projects involving RF systems, high‑speed digital interfaces, and embedded electronics
• Balance leadership responsibilities with hands‑on technical work

Essential Skills

• Strong background in electronics design, ideally with experience in RF and high‑speed digital systems
• Experience working in world‑class teams
• Proven ability to lead projects or teams, with excellent communication and mentoring skills
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
• A passion for innovation and problem‑solving

Location: Cambridge, 10 min walk from the station with parking

Salary: £90-140k
