Business Development & Capture Manager – Defence & Security (UK Citizenship & SC Clearance required) You’re not just looking for another job — you want to play a key role in shaping the future of defence and security. As a Business Development & Capture Manager, you will take opportunities from idea to contract, shaping solutions and building relationships that make a lasting impact. Based in Cheltenham, with occasional travel to London, you will work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to identify opportunities, craft winning strategies, and secure major defence and security programmes. You will enjoy selling solutions, developing long-term relationships, and turning complex challenges into successful business wins. What you will be doing: Identifying, qualifying, and shaping new opportunities across defence, security, and government. Designing and executing capture strategies that deliver winning outcomes. Building lasting customer and partner relationships based on trust and collaboration. Leading capture efforts on strategic pursuits through to contract award. What you bring: At least 5 years’ experience in business development or capture within defence, security, or government. A track record of winning new business and delivering sustainable growth. An understanding of capture best practice (Shipley training is an advantage). Eligibility for UK Security Check (SC) clearance. Why this role?
