- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Experience mentoring others and shaping engineering best practice across a team.
- Ability to make confident engineering decisions, balancing risk, speed, and quality.
- Comfortable collaborating with electronics, software, and systems engineers to deliver integrated solutions.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines and budgets.
