Key Skills & Experience 4+ years' experience in a hands-on technician role within an industrial or engineering environment Strong electrical assembly, control wiring and panel wiring experience Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics Mechanical assembly and testing experience Experience working from engineering drawings, assembly instructions and CAD-generated information Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Confidence using workshop and power tools safely High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams Comfortable working in a fast-moving, growing environment Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites in the UK and Europe Based within a commutable distance of Stratford, with the ability to work on-site five days per week Please note: sponsorship is not available for this position
