Responsibilities
As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will make impactful business decisions, develop new business, maintain relationships, understand cost control, and learn to read P&L statements. You\’ll also learn to deliver exceptional customer service, communicate effectively, influence, and build relationships with customers and partners. Training includes mentoring, staff development, and management skills, with rewards such as pay increases and promotions.
