After an initial virtual classroom-based orientation, you’ll be assigned to a branch office for hands-on business training. You will learn valuable skills from capable mentors who were once in your shoes, as nearly all our full-time employees started as graduates in our Management Training Programme, including our current CEO.
This approach allows everyone to learn our business from the ground up and understand their significant role in its success. Our promote-from-within culture ensures a well-rounded training experience in management, finance, operations, sales, and customer service.
As you progress, more opportunities will become available. You can continue your ascent within our Rental Operations managerial track, potentially becoming a Branch Manager in as little as two years, or explore other exciting options within Enterprise such as Human Resources, Accounting, Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, and more.

Responsibilities
As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will make impactful business decisions and develop new business while maintaining relationships. You’ll learn about cost control, reading P&L statements, and running a profitable business. Delivering exceptional customer service and understanding effective communication, influence, sales techniques, problem-solving, and conflict management are key components of your development.
You will have opportunities to market to local business partners, build relationships with decision-makers, and eventually mentor and manage staff. Your growth will be rewarded with pay increases and promotions.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; professional experience may be considered as a substitute.
- A full manual UK driving licence is required, with accommodations available for applicants with disabilities who don’t drive.
