Responsibilities
As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will be empowered to make business decisions affecting your career and the company\’s bottom line. Responsibilities include developing new business, maintaining relationships, understanding cost control, reading P&L statements, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will learn effective communication, influence, sales techniques, problem-solving, and conflict management skills. You will also learn how to mentor, train, and manage staff, with opportunities for pay increases and promotions based on your development.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor\’s degree is preferred; professional experience may be considered.
- You must hold a full manual UK or EU driving license, with accommodations for disabilities.
- No recent drug or alcohol-related driving offenses are permitted.
