Training and Development
After an initial virtual orientation, you will undergo hands-on training at a branch, learning valuable business skills from experienced mentors, including our current CEO who started as a graduate. This comprehensive training covers management, finance, operations, sales, and customer service, fostering a promote-from-within culture.
Career Progression
As you advance, more opportunities will open up. Most graduates choose to progress within our Rental Operations managerial track, potentially becoming a Branch Manager within two years, managing your own team and profits. About the Role
As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will be empowered to make impactful business decisions, manage relationships, understand cost control, and read P&L statements. You will develop skills in customer service, communication, influence, sales, problem-solving, and conflict management. You will learn to mentor and develop staff, with opportunities for promotion and pay increases based on your performance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; professional experience may be considered.
- Full manual UK or EU driving license required; accommodations available for disabilities.
- No recent drug or alcohol-related driving offenses within five years.
