European Small Business Development Representative
Overview: The European Small Business Development team is seeking Account Support Representatives for the European Small Business Team. The Small Business Team is a brand-new department to manage the lead process and support Small Business customers. We have approximately 22,000 Small Business accounts with a combined spend over €100 million across UK & Ireland, France, Germany, and Spain. This is an opportunity to engage, develop and retain accounts while growing additional new accounts.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling time for meetings, calls and administrative preparation
- Engaging customers through phone, video (Teams) and email
- Maintaining up-to-date records in Dynamics/BOSS365
- Meeting and exceeding KPIs related to expected calls and account performance
- Promoting high levels of customer satisfaction
- Engaging with rental operations teams and introducing them to small business accounts
Qualifications
- Fluency in one of French, German, or Spanish in addition to English
- Previous experience in Sales and/or customer service (advantageous but not essential)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- High attention to detail and the ability to organise your workload
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Time management skills

40 hours per week, Mon-Fri: 8.00am to 5.00pm
Salary
£30,000 – £33,000 dependent on experience
