The European Sales Support Team is excited to announce new openings for Senior Account Support Representatives – European Small Business Team – German Speaking. The Small Business Team is a brand‑new department within our business, set up to manage the lead process and support our Small Business customers. We have approximately 22,000 Small Business accounts with a combined spend in excess of €100 million across UK & Ireland, France, Germany, and Spain. This is an opportunity to have a substantial impact on our business as we look to engage, develop and retain accounts whilst growing additional new accounts.
We are seeking highly motivated and professional individuals to join our team. This role is integral to our growth strategy, focusing on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and supporting the sales pipeline. The successful candidates will be responsible for engaging with our European customers through phone, video conference (Teams) and email to develop a strong relationship with our accounts to ensure Enterprise is their only choice for business travel. Fluency (verbal and written) in German is a mandatory requirement for this role. Prior experience of sales would be an advantage to anyone applying for this role, but is not essential.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling time; meetings, calls and admin/call preparation
- Engaging customers through phone, Teams and email
- Maintaining up to date records in Dynamics/BOSS365
- Meeting and exceeding KPIs relating to expected calls and account performance
- Promote high levels of customer satisfaction
- Engaging with our rental operations teams and introducing them to our small business accounts
Qualifications:
- Fluency in German, in addition to English, is required
- Previous experience in Sales and/or customer service
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- High attention to detail and the ability to organise your workload
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
