About the Opportunity
- This site has 2 Physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers
- Each provider has a dedicated MA
- Total outpatient with No call
- 36 patient contact hours with 4 hours for admin time
- The average daily patient census is 20-24
- 25-bed critical access community hospital with state-of-the-art technology
- Employed position with a robust base salary plus RVU incentives

- This office is situated in rural northern New Hampshire in a community of 3K people that is located within 2 hours of Manchester Regional Airport, 2+ hours to Portland, and less than one hour from the Canadian border
