We’re now looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Vehicle Quality Assessor to join our Flex-E-Rent team at our East London Depot. Please be aware that this role will be relocated to Maidstone once a new location is opened.

What Division will I be working in?
Enterprise Flex-E-Rent is our commercial vehicle rental division, providing services tailored to the needs of commercial vehicle hire customers from locations all across the UK and Ireland. Join our team and be one of the people driving our growth.
Location
Enterprise Flex-E-Rent, 609 London Rd, West Thurrock, Grays RM20 3BJ (for approximately 12 months before new Maidstone location is opened)
Responsibilities
- Auditing check-in and damage inspections of vehicles arriving at the depot.
- Inspecting vehicles and ancillary equipment (e.g., tail lifts).
- Reporting faults or damage to management for workshop review.
- Conducting spot checks to ensure high standards for vehicles going on hire.
- Maintaining accurate records of vehicle status.
- Ensuring outgoing vehicles match requested specifications.
- Supporting operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Full UK / Irish / EU Manual Driving Licence.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Organisational skills.
- Ability to pass a security check (criminality, financial, and employment references).
